Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Reliable Leads provides commercial lead data for personal and payday loan verticals only. We deliver data files (CSV or Excel) according to published product windows and order configuration. We are not a consumer lender.

2. Eligibility

You must be an authorized business purchaser, able to enter binding contracts, and use data only for lawful commercial purposes. Consumers may not purchase leads for personal use.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and for securing access to your buyer portal. Lead files are delivered only inside your account (My orders), not by bulk email. Activity under your account is deemed authorized by you.

4. Orders & delivery

• Orders may cover multi-week ranges; delivery occurs Monday–Friday only unless otherwise agreed.
• Minimum daily volume applies as stated at checkout (default 50 leads/day).
• Inventory is real-time generated; exact row counts may vary within commercial tolerance disclosed at sale.
• Files are available for download in the buyer portal (My orders) when status is Delivered or Live delivery (released rows).

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods: BTC and USDT (TRC20) only. Order status flow: Reserved → Awaiting payment (hash submitted) → Order confirmed (on-chain verification to our wallets) → delivery. We may cancel unpaid reservations. All sales are final once payment is confirmed, subject to replacement policies we publish separately (if any).

6. Acceptable use

You will not use leads for harassment, fraud, spoofing, unlawful autodialing, or resale outside your contract. You will maintain required consents and comply with TCPA, CASL, and other applicable laws for your outbound contact.

7. Intellectual property

Site branding, software, and documentation remain ours. Lead data is licensed for your internal commercial use under these Terms and your order.

8. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee conversion rates, funding outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. Demo/preview environments may use simulated data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the prior 30 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for breach, fraud risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
