Compliance
TCPA, consent & buyer responsibilities
Last updated: 12 August 2026. This page explains how consent is handled on our generation funnels and what buyers must do when contacting consumers.
1. Our role
Reliable Leads generates and distributes lead data for personal and payday loan inquiries. Consumer-facing forms used in our media collect prior express written consent (or equivalent lawful consent) for contact related to the requested product category, with IP, timestamp, and consent language retained where operationally available.
2. What delivery files include
Where applicable, delivery schemas include consent-related fields such as Consent Timestamp, TCPA Consent Language, IP Address, and Source / SUB_ID. See the product catalogue for exact headers per line.
3. Buyer obligations
- Honor DNC / DNC-equivalent lists and internal opt-outs.
- Use leads only for the product category purchased and within lawful calling/texting hours.
- Maintain your own compliance program, scripts, and scrubbing.
- Do not scrub, spoof, or alter consent records fraudulently.
- Canadian traffic may require CASL-compliant consent practices; Australian contact must follow applicable spam and privacy rules.
4. Prohibited practices
Unlawful autodialing, robocalls without required consent, harassment, spoofed caller ID for deception, and resale of leads outside contract terms are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Disputes & replacements
Replacement or credit policies (if offered) are defined per commercial agreement. Invalid contact claims should be submitted through support with order ID and evidence.
