Reliable Leads is a data vendor supplying personal and payday loan lead data to authorized commercial buyers. We are not a lender and do not approve consumer credit applications.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password credentials (hashed when a production backend is enabled).
• Order data: product selection, volume, delivery window, payment method, transaction hash, delivery format.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, basic analytics for site reliability.
• Lead data: consumer records we generate or process for delivery to buyers under commercial contracts (subject to applicable consent and law).

3. How we use information

• To create and secure buyer accounts.
• To fulfill orders and make CSV/Excel files available for download in your buyer portal.
• To verify crypto payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve the service and communicate about orders or account security.

4. Sharing

We do not sell buyer account data. Lead files are delivered only inside the contracting buyer’s portal account. We may use processors (hosting, email for account notices, analytics) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

Account and order records are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. You may request account closure via support.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards for transport and storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

You may update account details from your profile (when available), request export or deletion of account data, and opt out of non-essential marketing emails.

8. International buyers

Markets include the United States, Canada, and Australia. You are responsible for lawful use of purchased data in your jurisdiction.
